FINDLEY FRAZER, P.E.
OWNER & PRESIDENT

As the Owner and President of Frazer Environmental in Memphis, TN,  Findley uses his expertise in Environmental Engineering to accomplish his clients' goals across the full spectrum of permitting and regulatory compliance needs.

Findley graduated with his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University in 2001. Before coming to Memphis, he spent 13 years with one of the Southeast's largest and fastest growing Architecture and Engineering Firms as a Regional Vice President over the Environmental Division.

Findley is a Registered Professional Engineer in Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Tennessee, and he has experience with a wide array of public- and private-sector projects- including airports, roads, parks, manufacturing facilities, office complexes, and residential and retail spaces. He has extensive knowledge in ecological studies, hydraulic and hydrologic studies, NEPA compliance, stormwater permitting, and endangered and threatened species surveys, but wetland and stream permitting and mitigation remains his real passion.

Findley's first project out of college was working on the creation of a 700-acre mitigation bank, and he was hooked. Since then he has worked on four wetland mitigation banks and numerous stream and wetland restoration projects. They are the perfect culmination of his technical engineering ability, his love of the outdoors, and his desire to restore and create.

Findley is an active member of the community, serving on the board of The Exceptional Foundation of West Tennessee and Memphis Leadership Foundation. In his spare time, he enjoys woodworking, restoring old Land Cruisers, and fly fishing. He and his wife, Abby, have three children. Findley is originally from Montgomery, AL.
